Free Parking on the Premises

Q: Is there free parking available?

A: Since there are no official paved parking lots in the area, we have a covered path that runs from the front gate to the entrance of The Treehouse. Each guest is allotted two parking spaces per unit. For any additional vehicles, we encourage parking along the fence line outside the property or wherever there is suitable space.

Q: How many parking spaces are provided?

A: Each unit is allotted two parking spots and an overflow space with approval from the host. We ask that guests park reasonably and leave access for the neighboring guests to enter and exit freely.

Respecting Neighboring Guests

Q: How should I respect the neighboring guests?

A: Each story of the three-story beach house is a separate unit, so it's important to be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours. Please avoid loud music and gatherings after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Q: Can I use shared spaces?

A: While each unit has its private amenities, certain areas like the beach access, outdoor shower area, and parking are shared. Please be considerate and respectful of other guests when using these shared spaces.

Renting the Whole Beach House

Q: What if I want to rent the whole beach house?

A: You can rent the whole beach house under a few conditions:

  • All three stories must be available and not booked as separate units.

  • It is ideal to schedule reasonably in advance to guarantee your spot for the full house experience.

  • Please contact us directly to discuss availability and special arrangements for renting the entire property.

Q: Are there any benefits to renting the whole beach house?

A: Renting the entire beach house provides exclusive access to all three floors, offering ample space for larger groups or family gatherings. Enjoy the ultimate beachfront experience with added privacy and convenience.

General Questions

Q: What amenities are provided in each unit?

A: Each unit is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a kitchen, comfortable living area, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an outdoor area with ocean views. Ocean views and specific amenities may vary between units.

Q: Is there direct beach access?

A: Yes, our beach house offers direct access to a beautiful stretch of semi-private beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean.

Q: What is the check-in and check-out time?

A: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Early Check-ins require an additional fee

  • Late Checkouts require a 16-hour notice and are NOT guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate but our cleaners need an adequate amount of time to prepare our units for the next guests. Thank you for understanding.

  • Guests who stay passed the checkout time without notice will be subject to an additional fee: $45 per every 30 minutes

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: The only unit we do not allow pets in is The Artist Haven. However, there are specific guidelines for our fury family members to attend a trip to the treehouse:

Pet Requirements:

We welcome your furry friends at The Treehouse, but to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, please adhere to the following pet requirements:

  • No Dangerous Breeds: We do not allow dangerous breeds for the safety of all guests and pets.

  • House Trained: Pets must be house trained.

  • Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a leash when exiting the units for the safety and comfort of neighboring guests, property managers, the cleaning crew, and the pets themselves.

  • Pet Fee: The pet fee is for the permissibility of your pet to attend your stay at The Treehouse. It is not a fee for your pet to run rampant or for our cleaners to pick up its messes or repair damages.

  • Pet Damage Policy: If your pet damages the unit (broken furniture, pet messes/stains, overwhelming shedding), you will be charged an additional fee based on the extent of the damages.

Damages and Associated Fees

We strive to maintain a high standard of quality and cleanliness at The Treehouse. To ensure all guests have a pleasant stay, we have established the following guidelines regarding damages and associated fees:

  • Damaged Linens: Fees will be assessed for any stained, torn, or otherwise damaged linens.

  • Damaged Furniture: Any damage to furniture, including broken or scratched items, will incur repair or replacement costs.

  • Overwhelming Messiness: Excessive cleaning required due to overwhelming messiness (e.g., pet hair, food spills) will result in additional cleaning fees.

  • Broken Windows/Doors: Any broken windows or doors will be repaired or replaced at the guest's expense.

  • Damaged Amenities: Damage to amenities such as appliances, electronics, or fixtures will result in fees based on repair or replacement costs.
